big THANK YOU. I didn’t know it until I went to vote for a couple of favorite blogs that someone nominated Pursed Lips in the LGBT category of the 2004 Weblog Awards. My God, thank you! Whoever you are, you got me all choked up — lump in my throat, tears in my eyes, you name it. I’m all verklempt.
Having blogged since 1999 — and having talked all that time about sexuality and sexual rights — I’ve learned not to require much in the way of validation, but I gotta tell you: This means a lot to me. I wish I could explain how and why, but words fail me. (Blame it on the lump in my throat. I am.)
