I so rarely ego-Google that I had no idea the Debra Hyde brought up a few interesting surprises. First, in the same week that Dan Savage is blogging over at Andrew Sullivan’s spot, I discover that a note I dropped to him months ago actually saw print in The Stranger’s letters to the editor. (scroll down.)
Dang. Had I suspected it would end up in print, I would’ve used real words like corwardice instead of cowardism. And been a little more attentive in my usage of Yiddish. (I hope my Jewish friends will agree that it was for a good cause.)
But MicroSantorum? Heh-heh!
And oh crap! That comment about bears and beers at Andrew Sullivan’s today? That was me, sharing my dyslexia. Crikey!
I was also surprised to see a question I wrote to PBS’ American Experience was actually followed up on — about the Kinsey Institute no less! Now that one feels really good. Quite satisfying. (See the fourth question.)
Guess I should be egotistical more often!
